How to book:
- If a tour is published on our website, the booking is confirmed after the online reservation process and via email.
- For tailor-made tours, we send a proposal by email and confirm once you approve it.

The deposit and payment schedule:
- A 20% deposit of the total Tour price is required to secure dates and arrangements.
- The remaining 80% balance is due 45 days prior to the Tour start date (the first day of the Tour).

If the balance is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled by the Customer and apply the cancellation terms below.

Yes. Please ensure the transfer is set so the full amount arrives to our bank account (fees covered on the sender side).

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is sufficient). The cancellation date is the date we receive the written cancellation.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (e-mail is sufficient). The cancellation date is the date the Provider receives the written cancellation. Tailored bids and multi-days tours Service, following cancellation terms applies:
- 60 and more days before trip start date – 100% refund of the deposit minus any non-refundable card payment processing fee.
- 59-45 days before trip start date – 50% refund of the deposit
- 45-14 days before trip start date – 25% refund of the price
- Cancellation received 14 days or less before the Tour start date: no refund (100% of the total price is charged/retained).

No. Where the Customer pays by credit/debit card (or via an online payment gateway), any payment processing fee charged by the payment provider is non-refundable and will not be returned in any refund scenario, as it is a third-party cost already incurred.

If the Customer does not cancel but fails to commence or participate in the Tour as agreed (including a no-show), the situation is treated as a cancellation at the time of the Tour start date and no refund is provided.

Yes — pickup at reception/concierge of most 3★, 4★ and 5★ hotels in Prague is included (unless agreed otherwise).

All tours are guaranteed in English. Other languages may be possible upon request (subject to availability).

We can arrange 3★ / 4★ / 5★ hotels depending on your preference and budget, typically prioritizing central / walkable locations.

Yes — for private and multi-day tours we typically arrange comfortable private transport (car/minivan) based on group size and itinerary requirements.

Each proposal clearly lists inclusions/exclusions. Multi-day tours commonly include accommodation, transportation, and guiding as specified in the itinerary.

If included, it will be stated in your itinerary/quote. For popular sites, we recommend securing tickets early (subject to availability).

We do not sell travel insurance directly, but we strongly recommend purchasing it (medical coverage, trip interruption/cancellation, flight delays, etc.).
